Morning Departure : Chiang Mai→ Chiang Rai

Around 09:00–09:30 – Hotel Pickup

Pickup from your hotel in Chiang Mai by shared air-conditioned van.

Around 13:00 – White Temple

Stop at Wat Rong Khun (White Temple) for approximately 20–30 minutes.

Around 13:30-14:00 – Chiang Rai

Arrive at Chiang Rai Bus Terminal 1. End of service.

Afternoon Departure : Chiang Mai→ Chiang Rai

Around 11:30–13:00 – Hotel Pickup

The exact pickup time will be confirmed once we receive your hotel location.

Midway Break

Short rest stop of approximately 30 minutes for restroom and personal needs.

Around 17:00–17:30 – Chiang Rai

Arrive at Chiang Rai Bus Terminal 1.End of service.

To ensure travel insurance coverage, passengers are required to submit a copy of their passport at least 1 day before departure via email or WhatsApp

Each ticket includes:

  • One bag up to 20 inches; or

  • One backpack per person

Oversized or additional luggage is charged at 200 THB per item, payable directly to the driver on the travel day.

Please declare all luggage when booking. Unregistered or unpaid oversized luggage may not be accepted if there is insufficient space in the vehicle.

  • With your permission, we may request your photo and share your contact details with the driver for easy identification and smooth communication.

Thailand Side – Private Transfer

Our Thai driver will pick you up in a private vehicle and take you to the Chiang Khong border. You will then cross the Thai–Lao Friendship Bridge by shared shuttle bus.

Laos Side – Private Transfer

After clearing Lao immigration, our Laos team will meet you with a different private driver and vehicle and take you directly to your drop-off location in Huay Xai.

Note: Private drivers and vehicles are provided separately on both sides. Only the bridge crossing is shared.
