Morning Departure

09:00 – 09:30 a.m. — Hotel Pick-Up

Pick up from your hotel or assigned meeting point in Chiang Mai by shared air-conditioned van.

13:00 a.m. — White Temple (Morning Departure Only)

Stop at Wat Rong Khun (White Temple) in Chiang Rai,may be shortened or skipped depending on traffic, border opening hours, or road conditions 

03:00 p.m. — Chiang Khong Border (End of Service)

Drop off at Chiang Khong Border. The service ends here. 


Afternoon Departure

11:30 – 13:30 a.m. — Hotel Pick-Up ( Afternoon Departure )

The exact pickup time will be confirmed once we receive your hotel location.

16:30 a.m. — Rest Time

Stop at Gas Station for 30 mins  in Chiang Rai. 

18:45 p.m. — Chiang Khong Border (End of Service)

Drop off at Chiang Khong Border. 


Pleace Note:

  • Estimated Travel Time Approximately 5.30 – 6 hours, For private transfers, please depart early to ensure you cross the border before it closes at 8:00 PM. If you prefer a hotel drop-off in Chiang Khong City, please provide your hotel name.

Chiang Khong Town Transfer

For guests ending at Chiang Khong Border who need to continue to a hotel in Chiang Khong town:

  • Shared tuk-tuk: approximately 60 THB per person
  • Private tuk-tuk: approximately 200 THB per trip

Shared transportation may wait for additional passengers before departure.

Oversized or additional luggage is charged at 200 THB per item, payable directly to the driver on the travel day.

Please declare all luggage when booking. Unregistered or unpaid oversized luggage may not be accepted if there is insufficient space in the vehicle.

Thailand Side – Private Transfer

Our Thai driver will pick you up in a private vehicle and take you to the Chiang Khong border. You will then cross the Thai–Lao Friendship Bridge by shared shuttle bus.

Laos Side – Private Transfer

After clearing Lao immigration, our Laos team will meet you with a different private driver and vehicle and take you directly to your drop-off location in Huay Xai.

Note: Private drivers and vehicles are provided separately on both sides. Only the bridge crossing is shared.
