Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By booking with Mekong Slwo Boat, you agree the conditions below.
Cancellations
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before departure are eligible for a refund of the service amount paid, excluding non-refundable payment processing, banking or transaction fees.Â
- Cancellations made at less than 48 hours before departure are non-refundable.Â
- No refunds for no-shows, late arrivals or missed departures.Â
Travel date ChangesÂ
- Requests to change the travel date must be submitted at least 48 hours before departure and are subject to availability.Â
Non-Refundable Tickets
- Train tickets, boat tickets and other transport tickets are non-refundable once purchased or issued on the guest’s behalf.Â
Passports, Visas & Border RequirementsÂ
- Guests are responsible for ensuring passports, visas and other travel documents meet the entry requirements of Thailand and Laos.Â
- No refunds for missing and invaild documents, visa refusal, refusal fo entry or delays caused by immigration or border procedures.
Weather, Force Majeure & Operational Changes
- In cases of severe weather, unsafe river or road conditions, force majeure, border restrictions or cancellation by an operating partner, services may be modified, rescheduled or cancelled.Â
- If cancelled by us, guests may be offered an alternative, rescheduling or a refund as applicable.Â
Refund ProcessingÂ
- Payment gateway fees, credit-card fees, bank charges and other transaction fees are non-refundable and may be deducted.Â
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible.Â
- Processsing times may vary dapending on the bank or payment provider.Â
