1. General Information

This website is operated by Tara Trips Chiang Mai Co., Ltd., a licensed tour operator in Thailand, responsible for tour sales and reservations managed from Thailand.

All tour operations in Laos are conducted by a licensed local tour company based in Laos.

By using this website and booking services, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined below.

2. Booking Policy

  • Reservations must be made at least 7 days before the departure date.
  • Bookings are only confirmed after you receive an official confirmation email.
  • Please provide accurate personal details including full name, passport number (if applicable), and contact information.

3. Payment Terms

  • All prices are per person unless stated otherwise.
  • Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, credit card.
  • Full payment is required based on the terms of each tour program.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before departure: 100% refund
  • Cancellations within 7 days or no-shows: Non-refundable
  • If fewer than 25 participants: tour may be canceled with full refund. Notification will be sent at least 3 days in advance.

Note: Transaction fees charged by providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refunded amount.

5. Travel Documents & Visas

Guests are responsible for ensuring the validity of passports, visas, and other travel documents. The company is not liable if entry is denied by immigration authorities.

6. Liability Disclaimer

We are not responsible for losses, delays, accidents, or damages caused by force majeure or third parties. Routes and schedules may be adjusted for safety without prior notice.

7. Health and Insurance

Guests should be in good health and physically fit for the tour. Basic travel insurance may be included depending on the tour program, but additional health and travel insurance is recommended.

8. Data Privacy

Your personal information will be stored securely and not shared for marketing without consent.

9. Governing Law

Services in Thailand are governed by Thai law and subject to Thai courts.
Services in Laos are governed by Lao law and subject to Lao courts.
